For 18 days we carry out 2 pumpovers a day and then draw off by pressing.

It is then aged in steel barrels and then bottled in the summer to avoid refermentations in the bottle.

Characteristics Land and Vineyard

The Sangiovese vineyard is located in Faenza, in the province of Ravenna not far from the Via Emilia.

Located on the first hills of Faenza in the Campo Cross Coralli Mountains area, at a height of 80 meters above sea level, it is planted on a clayey and silty soil typical of the area.

Gastronomic combinations

Sangiovese, a typical wine of our territory, is suitable for savory dishes such as for example. an excellent dish of botched strozzapreti
